Tevel of Israel and the San Francisco Bay Area’s advanced.farm returned to California and Washington orchards to pick stone fruit and apples. Growers who hosted them say they have made strides in efficiency and accuracy.
“They’re getting there,” said Rob Blakey of Stemilt Growers, who watched Tevel in the fall.
